FAQ

When is the back-to-school offer?

Twice a year: January 4 to 31, 2027 and August 16 to September 15, 2027, in store at 757 Rue Beaubien East.

Do I need to be a student?

No. During back to school the 15% discount applies to every refurbished laptop or MacBook bought during the offer, for everyone, no proof needed; code RENTREE15 just helps us note it.

Which products does it cover?

A refurbished laptop or MacBook, tested, with a 1-year warranty. For an iPhone, see our offers for students and for Montréal and Laval residents.

Which laptop should I pick for school?

For notes and office work, a MacBook Air or an ex-corporate ThinkPad, Latitude or EliteBook is plenty; for video editing or gaming, look at a MacBook Pro or a gaming laptop. You try the keyboard and screen in store before you choose.

Can the discount be combined?

One discount offer per purchase, the best one applies. You can still trade in your old computer: its value comes off the price.

Can I sell my old laptop?

Yes. We buy MacBooks and laptops, paid in cash on the spot, or as a trade-in toward the price.
