Do you accept Knox-locked Galaxy phones?
If Knox Lock is active because of a lost Samsung account, the phone must be unlocked before purchase. Bring it in anyway — we can often guide on Samsung Find My Mobile unlock.
Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold with damaged inner screen — what's it worth?
Foldables have more fragile screens. If the inner screen has a bubble, dead line, or won't respond, price drops to 30-50% of normal but stays substantial (damaged Z Fold 5: $200-$350). We still buy it.
S Pen — bonus if included?
For models with built-in S Pen (Note 20 Ultra, S22/S23/S24/S25 Ultra), having the original stylus adds $30-$50 to the value.
Do you accept Galaxy A and M models?
For recent A models (A53, A54, A55, A56) and select M models. Older models (A50, A51, M21) have lower value but are still bought.
Should I sign out of Samsung and Google before?
Ideally yes: Settings → Accounts and backup → Accounts → Remove Samsung account. And Settings → Accounts → Google → Remove. If you don't know how, we'll handle it in-store.
