FAQ
When is Black Friday at SubSell?
November 23 to 30, 2026, in store at 757 Rue Beaubien East, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cyber Monday is the last day.
Do I need proof to get the discount?
No. During Black Friday week the 15% discount applies to every eligible purchase, for everyone; code BLACKFRIDAY15 just helps us note it.
Which products does it cover?
A refurbished iPhone, MacBook, laptop or game console, plus iPads and accessories, subject to stock in store. You check every device in store before you pay, and devices come with a warranty of up to 2 years depending on the model, lifetime on any network problem.
I'm a student or a Montréal resident: can I combine offers?
One discount offer per purchase, and the best one applies: during Black Friday it's 15%, instead of the 10%.
Can I ask for a device online during the offer?
Yes. Send "I'll come see it" from the model's page and mention code BLACKFRIDAY15: you get an instant email and text. There's no online reservation: first come, first served, subject to stock; the discount applies to purchases made while the offer runs.
Can I trade in my old phone?
Yes. Its trade-in value comes off the price and the discount still applies; you can also sell it, paid in cash on the spot, even broken. During Black Friday week (November 23 to 30, 2026) and the holidays (December 19, 2026 to January 3, 2027), the weekend bonus applies every day: anyone who sells us their phone for cash in store gets up to 10% more than the like-new cash price shown (select models; not on trade-ins), no proof needed.
