What can slow down an “instant” sale
- The phone is still tied to your account. Find My on an iPhone, or Factory Reset Protection on Android, blocks any sale: sign out before you come.
- No ID. The law requires it for used goods: bring a photo ID.
- A blocked IMEI. A phone reported lost or stolen cannot be bought.
- A forgotten passcode. A phone locked with a code nobody knows can be neither checked nor reset.
Instant cash at SubSell, step by step
- Check your model’s price on our Sell page, or ask on WhatsApp.
- Back up your data and sign out of iCloud or Google.
- Come to 757 Rue Beaubien East (Métro Beaubien), 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., any day.
- We check the phone in front of you, in about 5 minutes.
- You accept the price and leave with cash and a receipt. Or you say no, and you leave with your phone.
